Since Halloween is my favorite season and I've become a little obsessed with Spoonflower contests, there might be a few designs in the near future with a similar spooky/weird theme. This one is a cut and sew pattern that makes a giant round jack o'lantern, a super cute cat and a bat, a small pumpkin and a tiny bunting or a set of beanbags from one yard of quilting weight fabric. As I worked on the design over the weekend, our middle child kept wandering over asking questions about it:. "Is that a kitty?" "Is that a pumpkin?" "Are those dolls?" "Is that for me?" so I feel compelled to make one for her. Of course, if I make one for her, I'll have to make one for the oldest, and just to be fair, one for the youngest, too...
