The background has subtle curving lines that I (Nancy) drew on Photoshop. Four poses of foxes glow in warm colors, along with scattered leaves. The fabric repeat is 6 x 6 inches, in Half Drop. Artist Nancy Lee Moran took her own photos of foxes in early June 2020, then developed the seamless pattern in Photoshop in August 2021. The foxes came out of the woodland near sunset in order to hunt mice that lived in an old concrete structure that was crumbling. While I (Nancy) never approached them, they grew accustomed to me sitting quietly nearby. These kits had probably been born in late March and had remained in the den for about 50 days.
