This cut-and-sew project makes a trio of adorable tiny birds. The penguin and puffin are about 4 in tall and the owl is between 3 in and 3½ in. This project is suitable for intermediate to advanced sewers, with the puffin being more complex than the other two. This project should be printed on a woven fabric. I used the Cotton Poplin for the birds in the picture. This project will fit in the left 4 columns or the right 3 columns of the 42 square cheater quilt. It will also fit on the left half of the 48 square cheater quilt. If placed on the right side of the smaller quilt some of the instructions will be cut off, so please message me here if you do that, so I can send them to you.
