About the Design

Cutesy button eye Owls is also on fabric and wall paper by the yard/feet. here is my popular

Hipster snap on bag pattern. see additional details;

Instructions printed on fabric with lining plus tabs and flap. You provide snaps. Easy sew but need to know how to sew the box corners. I have a video and full instructions to follow along on my blog as well. Basically it is: 1. Cut out on all black lines. Two outside pieces , two liner pieces, two flap pieces. One tab cut in two. 2. Sew right sides together of front and back outer pieces. 3. Sew bottom of these pieces. Leaving the cut out square open. 4. Then open the square hole so that you can line up the side seam to the match the bottom seam. Sew diagonal across those pieces . Trim. This makes box corner. Do other side as well. 5. Do exactly the same for lining pieces. 6. Put right sides together for flap. Sew sides in one set of stitches leaving bottom open. I cut across the tip so have a more blunt cut but you can leave it pointed or round it off. 7. turn flap inside out. 8. turn liner inside out. 9. Sew up the tab as one piece. I fold down sides then fold again and iron. Then stitch it around all side so now raw edges show except ends. Then cut in half. Set aside to wrap on clip on snaps. Now to put the pieces together for assembly . ;;;;;;;;;;;;; 1. Place the flap which is turn out right, down into the bag you chose which is the outside of your bag. Pointed side down into the bag, raw edges matching the raw edges of outside of bag. to match up the outside of flap to outside of bag put pattern side facing each other. 2. As you hold the pieces put in liner which you have turned out right. Again matching raw edges. Now along the back side (you choose which is back. You now have first layer which is outside fabric then two edges which are the flap, and one edge which is the liner. 3.Slid in place a tab with snap inside the bag matching it up to outer seams. Clip it to side. Snap inside bag not outside. Like flap it is inside so when you turn out it is outside the bag. Then clip along the back all four pieces of material to other side where you clip inside the last snap and tab. Leave two fabric layers on front loose. 4. Sewing slowly and keeping all four layers together stitch the back from beginning of tab to back and last tab. 5 . turn inside out all pieces. Then stuff back inside the liner. Now all you need to do is top stitch the front two layers. If you pull them from sides they automatically will tend to turn under to easily top stitch closed. Yeah! Your done. After you make 0ne they take only about 36 min. To sew. Way easier to do than what it sounds like. Watch the videos I have. On my blogger site. Link under my avatar here on spoonflower.
